Interviews
Your In-Depth Engagement
Your interview process at Fasset will include comprehensive conversations with at least two team members, including the line manager. It's a deep dive into your technical skills, how you align behaviorally, and your fit within our culture, as well as why Fasset is the right choice for you. Remember, this process is just as much for you to evaluate us as it is for us to evaluate you.
For those in senior or highly technical roles, be prepared to demonstrate your expertise through assessments or discussions with our senior leaders. We try to aim for no more than three engaging discussions to maintain a swift yet thorough process.
Interviews can be conducted via video or in person at our offices, offering you a tangible sense of the Fasset workplace atmosphere.
Decision
The Final Step
After your interviews, your recruiter and the team will gather to reflect on your discussions. A successful outcome will be communicated with details of your offer and proposed start date. If the fit isn't right this time, we will inform you of the outcome via email. Please excuse us if we do not provide specific feedback, as the volume of talented candidates and roles can be challenging to address individually. Often, it's not about the impressiveness of your skills but about finding the right fit for our current needs.
